International Symposium on Obesity: From Research to Practice

Attended the International Symposium on Obesity: An Update of Evidence from Research to Practice, organized by the Faculty of Health Sciences at Beirut Arab University.

This symposium brought together leading experts in obesity research, clinical nutrition, and metabolic health to discuss the latest scientific evidence and practical approaches to obesity prevention and management. The sessions covered emerging research, evidence-based nutritional interventions, multidisciplinary treatment strategies, and advances in translating research into effective clinical practice.

Participation in this symposium enhanced my understanding of modern obesity management and strengthened my ability to apply evidence-based nutrition strategies to support individuals in achieving sustainable health outcomes.
